Refund Policy

While we strive to provide you with a high-quality product and excellent customer service, we understand that situations may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for obtaining a refund for Digital Gravy products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee (minus processing fees and administrative costs–see “Refund Amount” below) for all products unless otherwise stated on the checkout form at the time of checkout. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days from the date of purchase on any product eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Refund: To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Your request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Your refund request must be submitted to support@digitalgravy.co using the same email you used to purchase your license.
3. Your purchase must be verified and confirmed in our records.
4. Your license must not be linked to any pirated, nulled, or inappropriately distributed copies of our products.
5. You must clearly state your reason for requesting a refund.

Refund Decision: Once we receive your refund request, our support team will review the information provided. We aim to process your request within three business days after receiving all necessary details. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will approve the refund and initiate the process.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. If, for any reason, that payment method is not possible, we will work with you to find an alternative arrangement.

Refund Amount: We will refund the full purchase price minus 5% for credit card processing fees and administrative costs.

Exclusions: The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

1. Refunds requests for purchases clearly marked “no refunds” on the checkout page at the time of purchase.
2. Refund requests made after the 30-day period from the date of purchase.
3. Refund requests for reasons beyond the scope of our refund policy.
4. Refund requests due to failure to meet the system requirements for the product.
5. Refund requests for license purchases that are linked to any pirated, nulled, or inappropriately distributed copies of the product.
6. Refund requests arising from third-party software or hardware conflicts that are beyond our control.

Termination of Access: Upon approval of your refund, your license to use the product will be terminated, and you must uninstall and remove the software from all devices and storage media.

Modifications to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website.
